My sister got it this weekend she text me to let Me know..she was sad they didn't have sugar the sugar lip treatment anymore because she's been sporting the Zombie lip look because of the weather lol chapped lips are awful.can't wait to get my gift in march.

But you sign up to be a beauty insider, free anyway and you earn points towards freebies with every purchase (so everyone should be signed up anyway!! It only can do good things;) ) and then go in during your bday month and ask for it. No purchase necessary.

Do they offer the birthday gift at sephoras in jcpenny ? i just read online that it wasnt in 2010 but it might have changed i cant ifnd an updated site? sephoras online site doesnt answer the question. thats all i have here, and my giftcard is thru sephora in jcpenny which they dont take online..
