Well ELF cosmetics is known for being notoriously well priced like some of their things are $1-5 and good quality stuff so you could look there on their website.

Be careful with Aliexpress. Being Chinese sellers they don't have the same health regulations and what not we do when it comes to makeup production. I've read of black liner coming in as paint, eyeshadows with high lead amounts, etc.

Just make sure to check the seller rating and item feedback before buying.

DEFINITELY CHECK REVIEWS. My parents have tried aliexpress, and everytime the things they get, are crap... QUALITY OVER QUANTITY... NICE OVER PRICE...:)
