Back to school shopping list??

So I am going to do a huge back to school shopping trip when I go on vacation, I don't need a ton of stuff, but some advice would be awesome!

Beauty:
-Is porefesshional really good? Do I have to use it under foundation?
-Is the Naked palette worth it?
-Best mascara?

Fashion:
I need some clothes that define my style. I have a weird style, it changed sometimes but its mostly:
-Hippie
-Boho
-Rock/metal/maybe punk?
Any clothes to help with those would be awesome! Also the cheapest place to buy comfy sweatpants.

Beauty:
- I'm not sure, I've never used it...but it's a pore filler meaning you can use it alone or under foundation as all it does is make your pores look smaller.
- never tried the Naked palettes
- I personally love Maybelline mascaras, and NYC's BigBoldCurl

fashion:
some simple staples in my closet are..
- band tees
- black jeans
- light wash jeans
- maxi skirts
- vnecks
- leather jacket
- Jordan's/combat boots/booties
- cardigans
- camis
- graphic tees

Walmart had cheap sweatpants lol

So in terms of beauty, I'll just answer the second two:

I LOATHED the Naked palette. I'm probably alone here, but I found that every look I did with it was super muddle and blurry, and it was just generally a poor investment. I ended up giving it away.

The best mascara depends a lot on what you want, but my absolute favorite is the Per-fekt Lash Perfection Gel. It's wonderful. Super black, nice skinny brush to get every lash, it lengthens and separates like nothing else, and it has a nourishing formula, so it's not bad for your lashes like most other mascaras.

I can definitely help you in the beauty department, I'm not so nifty with fashion.

- Most people like The Porefessional, personally I'm not a fan of it. My favorites are Too Faced Primed & Poreless and Hourglass Mineral Veil. Use them under foundation to make your skin a smooth, even canvas for foundation application. It'll help give it staying power as well.

- It all depends on the colors you like to use. If you like the bronze tones of the Naked 1, the taupey tones of the Naked 2 or the rose-gold tones of the Naked 3, then go for it. UD has nice, quality shadows. Though if you're looking for more versatility and essential shadows, check out the Lorac Pro 1 & 2. They're actually cheaper than the Naked palettes.

- My personal favorite mascaras are Too Faced Better Than Sex, Buxom Lash, Yves Saint Laurent Babydoll, Maybelline The Rocket, and L'Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes.

Yes. It is it the only thing I use. I use it under but they say it can be used alone or over makeup
Yes. The quality is amazing, but if you don't want to splurge the Nudes palette by maybelline is a great neutral palette
Too Faced Better than Sex
I'm really bad with clothes seeing as I only wear jeans and shirts. But I say just get what you like and works with your dress code

Beauty:
- I've never tried it, but my cousin loves it. She uses it under foundation but also alone when she wants to be a bit more natural.
- I personally love my naked 1, but the other two aren't that interesting to me. The naked 1 was a gift for me, but I probably wouldn't have bought it on my own. I do love the quality and the colors, and how easily they all go together.
- my favorite mascara are Lancôme hypnose star, tartes mascaras (any of them lol) or KVD's mascara. I think it's called blackout love or something like that?

Fashion:
I'd just go shopping and get what you like. We can all suggest things but really it depends where you go, what's there, and what you like. We aren't going to know those 3 things perfectly. I'd suggest just going into stores, trying things on and finding things that you like and know you'll wear. My favorite stores to go are thrift shops, since they're cheaper and you can literally find any brand. But American eagle, forever 21, urban outfitters, American apparel are all stores with nice clothes. For cheaper options I'd go with Ardenes, urban planet, stitches, etc. they're cheaper priced, usually 2 for x amount. But they do fall apart quicker. For school they're my favorites to go to. You can get easily twice as much items with the same amount of money as going to the stores mentioned above. But they don't last too long, (I usually got 1-2 years before they ripped or started looking ratty) which is almost good because in a year or so you'll have new wardrobe wants and needs and will probably not want to wear what you wore this year. So it gives you space in your closet to do it again the next year.

And sweatpants, go to stitches or Walmart. Literally all my pjs and sweatpants are from those two places lol.

-never tried it, but I've heard good things about it! and yes you wear it under foundation
-yes its totally worth it! I like the naked 2 better though (I have the 2 and 3)

try forever 21 and pacsun. and target has good cheap sweatpants!

As far as the Naked palettes, I think I depends on what you like. I personally only like the first one. returned the 2nd and 3rd or I gave it away for one...can't remember.

You can use porfessional alone because my sis uses it.
