I make one out of raw honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and poppy seeds. its awesome. though I've heard that some of those can irritate skin so do a patch test. I've had no problems personally and use it a few times a week.

^it can probably irritate sensitive skin because of the spices like cinnamon in it. I can't use cinnamon on my skin because it burns me.
