Use a face wash, astringent, and moisturizer specifically for oily skin
I like the Phisoderm blemish control face wash (it helps control oil as well), clean and clear blackhead eliminating astringent (again,it helps control oil), and the Cetaphil moisturizer for oily skin.
Also, use a mattifying primer, foundation, powder, and setting spray
I like the Rimmel stay matte primer, Covergirl 3 in 1 foundation, Rimmel stay matte powder, and NYX matte setting spray

You can try using an oil free foundation, setting powder or setting spray. during the day instead of using blotting paper you can use translucent powder to set your makeup.
