How to get rid of chest acne?

I have a slight case of chest acne, it's just little tiny zits on my chest but I tend to wear low cut shirts and I need to get rid of it. Help please.

I have this , same with on my back I went to the doctor and they prescribed me a toner type antibiotic to put on it and it has been helping also a tip is to give it some sun :)
