At the moment I have been using maybelline eye-studio gel and also their master precise eyeliner but I would like a liner that is smudge proof and easy to use. I'm also really In need of eyebrow liner or shadow.

I heard that mac has a good smudge proof eyeliner.
And a lot of girls like Anastasia Beverly Hills dip brow pomade.
But I like my mac eyebrow pencil.

Definitely MAC fluidline in black track, or any Urban Decay liners. as for brows, Anastasia Beverly Hill's products are raved over. But personally, I'd spend your money on a good liner and then just get a matte eyeshadow that matches your brows and a clear mascara/brow gel to set them.

I don't know about hou but the elf cream liner won't move around once it hits the skin.
