Ooh they're cute! You could honestly wear anything with them since they're neutral! I would wear a black dress with some floral print and silver jewelry to match the buckle on the shoe :)

Those would look adorable with a tan pair of pants or even khaki and white or black blouse/tank top. Like this maybe? You could even try an army green but that could be hit or miss!
