do you think chocolate causes breakouts???

Nikol F.
I personally never broke out from eating chocolate or other sweets. However, I DO know that foods that are high in sodium cause more oil production of the skin.

Hmph:/ Well it's impossible to give up chocolate, so just try eating small amounts in a sitting; best wishes!

I actually read it in my medical book the chocolate and sweets do not break you out, but that saturated fats, fatty acids, oils such that are contained in hamburgers and fast food Etc are the reason for breakouts. But some chocolates may contin some of those ingredients, but anyway in my book it says it is a myth.

The best chocolate for you is dark chocolate. The darker the better haha. Don't eat Hershey's. It's technically not even chocolate since they either don't use cocoa at all or it's a very little amount. Try 50% dark chocolate to start out if you're not sure about it. The higher the percentage the more bitter it gets, but I personally looooove super dark chocolate
