Makeup. What would look good? Not like a clown.

I don't wear makeup often but when I do it is just black or brown eyeliner with mascara.
I want to change up my makeup look when I do wear makeup.
So during the winter I am pale, red hair with natural blonde highlights near the front of my head and blueish/green eyes.
During the summer I'm tan with red/strawberry blonde hair with blonde highlights near the front of my head and blueish/green eyes. I do not know what makeup would look good and not make me look like a clown.
Can you girls please help me find something?

I think purple/lavender colored shadow would really bring out your eye color and a nice pink on your lips. (:

Start off with filling in yoyr eyebrows and evening out the skintone however you like. to add some color and make your "paleness" go away, add some bronzer and a little but of a shimmerry blush with a shimerry lipgloss. for the eyes, continue with eyeliner bur add some pink shimmerry shadow and lots of mascara.
