So picture day in on September 3rd.. Also know as the first day of school!! But I need a good makeup look for my picture every year my pictures turn out so bad. I also heard you shouldn't wear foundation bc of the cameras so do you have any products, preferably drug store, that I can use for my photos.

Avoid spf in the foundation for the most part, it can cause flashback! I find mousse foundations paired with a thin layer of mattifying powder looks nice. I have normal-dry skin by the way!

Foundations are fine unless they have SPF, because it can cause flashback
Just try to keep your makeup nice and natural :)

For picture day, you want to go natural & stay away from shiny or glittery because the cameras might pick that up! Here are some tips:
1.) wear a primer and setting spray to make sure your makeup is flawless all day
2.) I personally don't wear foundation because I know sometimes the cameras make you look more orange or uneven.
3.) I use a small amount of Olay age defying under eye brightener to instantly make it look like I got lots of sleep then I wear a concealer so it blends in with my skin better.
4.) I wear matte eyeshadows. I know the urban decay basics has mostly matte colors (: you could also search for dupes if you want! (Wear eyeshadow primer)
5.) I don't wear a lot of eyeliner bc I know the cameras sometimes make it blur a little and it's better to not wear that much. Plus when you smile you want the appearance of bigger eyes not smaller!
6.) I usually don't wear blush bc I don't want the cameras to pick up the extra color. I use my natural redness haha (;
7.) I wear a Chapstick to have moisturized lips without color because I just prefer to use a clear Chapstick lol!
8.) setting powder. Just keep your face matte (:
I hope I was helpful. Just stay away from glittery or shiny makeup!! (:

Agree with katelyn! And I would skip the SPF just to insure it won't cause flash back

Buy a camera ready face product (it can be fou dation or bb cream) and add powder and a setting spray. don't even dream about highlighter! try to go as matte as you can, as cameras often capture the light from your face naturally. add some bronzer and blush, lipgloss, DO UR EYEBROWS!! and add a lot of mascara.
