I think it depends on your skin type :) I really love my l'oreal true match, but I tend to use it in winter because I get a bit oily in the summer. I've never tried to covergirl, but I've heard its good for oily skin.

Loreal true match is amazing although makes my skin a bit oily... But still you can use powder I have used Covergirl but I found it thick... And I couldn't find the right shade most of them have pick under tones

@ tabitha I'm interested in the covergirl 3 in 1 and I had a question if you don't mind :p would you say it's medium to heavy coverage? And does it last well?

Both foundations are great in my opinion. but if I were to choose one of the two I'd pick loreal truematch. I feel like it has decent coverage for everyday, satin finish not too matte and not too dewy which is my preference, and feels a little more lightweight on the skin. the covergirl one is great if you are looking for a long wearing super matte full coverage foundation. although if you have dry skin I'd mix it with moisturizer. overall both awsome foundations but loreal true match is better.

I have been using the covergirl 3 in 1 for quite some time now. I bought it over 3 months ago and I still haven't used the whole bottle. I'm maybe not even half way through and I use it almost everyday. It works really well with my skin. I have really sensitive skin and it's red and oily. But this foundation works so well I won't use anything else. It doesn't make your face look oily, it makes it look natural and if doesn't feel like your even wearing it. In my opinion a light foundation is better for your skin so you don't break out. It's worth buying it. Great product.

I like the cover girl and I think it's better for combination or oily skin. A little goes a long way, the pump/packaging is nice, and once I got the right shade, I wore it consistently!

If you have even slightly oily skin, go with Covergirl. I adore that foundation. It can be a little harder to colour match because it does oxidise but it stays on for hours and has great coverage.
