I've been there a couple times now and encountered two different employees... they didn't seem knowledgeable at all and I had a really hard time understanding them, they were very awkward and didn't seem to know how to answer my very simple questions.. It made it hard to purchase something that would benefit me... did anyone else have this problem?..

Without being rude, how does this apply to beautylish? You should complain to the manager if you're having issues with the employees. Are you looking for reviews or recommendations on any of their products?

Well I've seen posts about people not receiving proper customer service at sephora ulta etc, I was just wondering if you ladies have had an experience like this too... I know it's sort of irrelevant but it just sucks because I had so many questions about the tea tree line and they were left unanswered :-(

^^ I agree with Caitriona. I don't experience the problem usually, but my buying strategy is to carefully research online what I'm interested in buying. Or I just ask people here on BL. That eliminates the need to ask the employees who may or may not have the knowledge.

Hi Suzy why don't you make a thread asking about the Tea Tree line? I'm sure you'll get some feed back from the community :)

I don't think Suzy was wrong to ask that. I see many girls on here discussing unpleasant experiences at Sephora, Ulta, Mac, etc.

I agree with Amanda. I've seen tons of threads like this with tons of comments, why is it now a bad thing? :o

I've been having unusually bad experiences at some of my favorite ships lately and I'm not sure why! It might possibly be the summer employees and I hope it fixes itself! I know a lot of girls are talking about their bad experiences but I've seen them put it in conjunction with a haul, beauty question, or question about a product. I think if you told your story and then asked your questions about the yea tree line you'd get better responses. As I've heard people say before; this site is t a place for selfies or random stories. We are here to get and receive advice. You'd probably get better responses if you asked your questions in a better way and asked a beauty related question instead if just telling a story.

I have not had any experiences like yours, but I don't usually ask for help

Sorry if this post was a little to vague! I just wanted to share my experience and was wondering if I was the only one, sorry if this was against the rules :(

Ladies her thread is not bad what was suggested is that if she still had a question about the Tea Tree Line she could make a thread asking about that as well. Please read through the comments with a open mind and look at the responses before stirring a pot. :)

I was not trying to stir the pot. I understand that she was looking for thoughts about a product as well. I just thought she could vent about her negative experience as well, because we all know how frustrating that can be! That's all I meant :)

Understood just had to point that all out for all since usually when it starts everyone who comments repeats the same thing, then in turn the thread gets lost in the mist and that is a shame due to activity that could be a simple lay out of interacting with her question. It's always best to just answer the question without pointing the wrong from another so that things run smoothly. This is just my job to ease the stresses :) and believe me I sometimes have to vent too I'm a moderator could you imagine my thoughts lol

Suzy I so agree with you! The lady rolled her eyes at me for putting a 'try on' product on my hair. Some of them are super nice and funny though. It just depends!

It's not a bad thing Renay I just meant its not very productive talking to us about employees because we can't do anything about that but we can help if she was looking for information on products :) I haven't really tried much from the body shop, and wasn't impressed with what I did try but I know a TON of people on here have tried the tea tree line (and the seaweed line) and can help you out with that.
