Hi, so my face is super dry but when in the sun it goes shiny if I have a moisturiser on. I've tried loads of moisturisers but all make me look shiny. I can't go without a moisturiser because my shin is dry and discusting. I have heard good things about the revlon photo ready foundation and powder but I'm open to suggestions. preferably under $15 because it won't be used regularly. does anyone know any bb creams or foundations that are light-medium coverage? thanks guyssss.
