So I want a smokey look under my eyes but I don't have like a smearing tool... any other product I can use? I only wear mascara and liner, like something to make my blue eyes stand out. thanks!

If you really want that look I'd invest in a brush made for that (can't remember what it's called!) or you can take a sponge (ill show a pic) and it's only $1 but it has a small side that can easily get under there and smear it out a bit. Otherwise I really don't know what to tell you!

A brush is still a much better option.

I use a q tip if I want a very subtle smudged liner and it works good enough. at least for me haha :)

Get a q tip wet and smudge your eyeliner. as simple as that.
