Probably just the lighting but your face looks lighter than your neck/chest.

Fill them in. Since they have great shape you can use any kind of brow product to fill them in. Everyone loves the Anastasia Beverly Hills brow products.

You're gorgeous and I love your eyes! I agree with some of the ladies that mentioned blush and filling in the brows but honestly I think a beautiful bold lip color would seriously suit you.

Okay I'll definitely make them darker. I did this look according to advice I've gotten, glad it came out okay now I will do a revised. I see what you ladies mean, kinda doesn't look complete without blush.
