Mix baking soda and water and put it on your spots. Leave it on for 5mins and gently wash it off with warm water

Whitener . U be surprise what it can do . It doesn't necessarily turn your WHOLE face a different color just brighten it . Black hair store . It's cheap & u got nth to lose trust !
