Throughout the day my skin gets oily...and I was wondering if these oil absorbing sheets help with the oil on my face...and how would you use them?

They work for me.. I use the elf ones. You just pat your face where there's oil and it goes away. It's obviously not a permanent solution it usually comes back like within 2 hours for me at least.

Hi Melissa. I prefer using oil absorbing sheets vs reapplying powder. It's only going to pick up and absorb the oil on your face. Some will place a bit of powder back down on the face. Either way, they don't really prevent oil from breaking back through. But they are a better alternative to patting your face with powder throughout the day and ending up with that cakey look. I have used tons of different brands and I can honestly say that the expensive ones are no better than the cheap ones. Which is great for our wallets:)

Hi Melissa! Ugh, me too! You'd think after so many years on this earth I'd at least get rid of that, lol! I agree with Teri, adding powder too much makes you cakey. I go to the dollar store and buy white gift wrap tissue, cut it rectangles that fit in a ziplock bag, I then sprinkle a small amount of setting powder and shake! Viola!! Personalized, cheap and easy blotting papers that fit in your bag. I really believe you get what you pay for, and I use good quality products- but blotting papers shouldn't be expensive! You can even add a few drops of Rose water, spritz lightly let dry, then cut them to scent them and add anti inflammatory goodness🌹😘
