Can you return product to your hair salon?

I bought this Shu Umera cleansing oil ant-oil shampoo and the new kerastase keratin conditioner. My hair looks so dull and not even clean, definitely don't like either! They were $60 each and the Shu Umera even has sulfates which I didn't even think to look since it's such a high class product. Anyway, can I return them an get my money back?? I've never returned to a hair salon before so I have no idea. :( Too bad, I heard good things about Shu Umera and it smelled goooood!

I would call the salon and see what the return policy is. They are all different.
