today I went to CVS for a eye primer but some how I accidentally got a highlighter by Loreal what is the highlighter used for???? I'm clueless

Use it above the eyebrow and bring it down around the outer eye on the temple and curve to the high part of the cheek bone. Should make the letter C around the eye starting above the eyebrow and finishing on the high outer cheek.

Highlighter is used on your cheek bones bridge of your nose Cupid's bow and brow bone
