I have a round face, and I have no cheek bones or any kind of definition in my face, so when I try to contour it just looks like I smeared something way to dark on the sides of my face. I doubt there is, but is there any kind of thing to do to solve this problem? Lol. I just feel like contouring is not an option for me, which sucks because I really like the idea of it!

I know how you feel! I have such a baby face and when I suck my cheeks in it basically does nothing!

Round face technique on bottom. Notice where it is different from oval (pic above it)

Putting contour on the sides instead just under cheekbones instantly slims your face.

I know this a bit annoying! But I personally find a baby face is very youthful and pretty! You can of course always contour! Which is quite an, in my opinion, awesome makeup echnique!

Make it as your strength.
instead of contouring , why not add bangs, contour nose part and draw thicker Eyebrow (most koreans does this. ulzzang )

I have a baby face too! It can be difficult :) but I promise the more you try, the better it will look. Contouring can help create the illusion of cheek bones even if you don't feel like you have them. Suck in your cheeks and fill the hollow and then proceed to blend as much as needed! I use either blush or bronzed close to my skin color but a step darker.
