So my gram (grandma) gave me a bag of all these different types of makeup, and there are like 30 mascaras.

I put some on my hand, and it doesn't clump, and its still 'liquidy' and I can tell it was never used.

Things is it came in a really old blue belk bag, I was wondering can I still use them? please help

Well if the consistency is good, doesn't smell, and you're positive it wasn't used I don't see why not!
