So after debating for months on whether or not I should give this color a try, I decided that yes, I will order the Salem velvetine from Lime Crime! But I'm so scared that it won't fit me 😞 I want honest opinions tho! Do you think it'll look decent on my fair neutral/more-yellow-than-pink complexion?

Ugh guys thank you sooo much! I know for sure it looks amazing on deeper and tan skintones but I wasn't sure about lighter skintones. I'm obsessing over it haha I keep looking up pictures of it on different people trying to convince myself that it'll look good on me!

It's a gorgeous color! The one thing I've learned through makeup is to never let your skin tone rule how you do your lippies. I have super super pale skin (like... I'm seriously vampire white! But I don't sparkle I promise! Lol) and if I had never tried some deeper and darker colors I would have never found the red colors that I love to use today! You've picked a very very pretty color and with a neutral eye I think it will pop and look absolutely stunning! Go for it!
