Unrefined coconut oil. Put it on right before you get in the shower and then wash it off as the last thing you do in there. It doesn't take long to absorb and got rid of my sons goose skin like bumps all over his arms (called keratosis pilaris) I used it on him every shower for a few weeks. If what you have is similar I'm sure it'll work. You can buy it from health food shops in big jars, ever some grocery stores. Might be worth noting that it's not runny like other oils, it's solid and white and once it's on your skin it will liquify and melt in.
