So I was breaking out real bad and I'm kinda getting it under control but my right cheek is still kind of bad..
Where the scars where there now red bumps that won't go away.. It's not flat either & I have some other little small red bumps that are on my face their tiny and I don't know why there there but they won't go away either
Is there any way to get rid of the redness? Or only with time?

It isn't a scar it's hyper pigmentation which is the red mark right after scarring and it goes away 6 months or sometimes longer. The red bumps could be healing pimples but maybe see someone.

Usually only with time but it this is a re occuring thing get a green concealer which will counter act the redness, you put your foundation over it. You can also get green based primer.

Try using a light exfoliant and see if that helps. I have acne and acne scars, even some brushing on my chest, and exfoliating with a light scrubbie face wash from neutropenia really helped me.
