It hurt when I was pulling it out but not where it's red, there is no puss but it was bleeding

That has happened to me multiple times! DO NOT force the jewelry in if it doesn't want to go in. Just go immediately to the place that pierced it...otherwise it will close up pretty soon and then you will have to get it repierced. Don't force jewelry in it yourself or it could get painful and messy. Once they put the jewelry back in just do a long sea salt soak and repeat for a while, and then for the next couple of days. Don't stress, I know it sucks because of the placement. :)

Diluted tea tree oil should be fine just don't use hydrogen peroxide.
