It most likely needs a TON of moisture! I would start doing deep conditioning treatments. My favorites are Hask: Henna N' Placenta deep conditioning treatments and Coconut Oil treatments, I usually do these twice a week-minimum. As for products I would put in every time you get out of the shower: "It's a 10" leave in conditioner and Argan oil for your ends and dryer sections. I let my hair air dry a little and spray some leave in conditioner in my hair then wait a little longer and seal in some moisture with Argan oil over the ends of my hair. I mean my hair is bleached to a lightness level that is comprable to your profile picture and I have really healthy feeling and looking hair(for the amount of damage I do, I guess). Also obviously, lay off the heat styling! I would try to avoid any harsh chemical treatments and try to keep it natural (products, texture, colors, etc).
