I've never used it but I've heard that if you use it it can clear up your skin but when you stop using it your acne will come back because of certain chemicals in the products.
But I'm not a doctor nor have I used it so I can't really be certain sorry

It irritated my skin and caused me to break out more. I ended up just using a more natural cleanser and Mary Kay acne treatment gel and toner which helped.

Gave me little red bumps all over my cheeks and forehead which took months to clear up! Definitely not worth it in my opinion, I'm yet to hear a good review about it...

The ones they sell in Japan seem to be less harsher and works really well. :)
Clearasil works the best, in my opinion.
See if a friend who has it can let you try it several times or there should be a small container for those trying it out for the first time.

Proactive isn't the best. Its filled with chemicals and your skin can get addicted to it. The reviews on TV might be good but it's not really working for people who isn't on TV so I wouldn't buy it

I used just the salicylic acid lotion for a couple of weeks along with my regular cleanser and moisturizer because I didn't want to dry out my skin but it did anyway and I really don't think It helped my acne at all. I don't think it's worth it to be honest.
