I have seen some places selling like ten in individual packets rather than the 30 or 60 but still pretty steep for a punt. I'm coming up 31 and wi years of smoking I think I need to do some damage limitation!

thanks! I am determined to quit new year Jan 1st. I'm in the middle of having my house renovated so I don't want smoke anywhere near my lovely new decor plus I've become aware that if I want to stand a chance of reverting some the damage ive done it has to be now. I think I'll give what you suggested a try first makes sense my routine has been somewhat hit and miss over the years but it's only now I feel the years be catching up and can't afford to be as slack as I have been. I'll probably be able to afford a Clarisonic after my first month of quitting! I might reward myself when I hit my first milestone!

Mandi S. just offered awesome advice. I agree that you must leave those cancer sticks alone Sarah R. especially since you're reaching that crossroads in regards to age. Our skin starts losing that youthful look once we hit 30.

In regards to the pads....if you can afford it...go for it. They do offer positive results.
