Well Wren, I am also going into eighth grade as well. I wear the following:
BB Cream or a Concealer {something light}
Mascara-personally a girl can never go wrong with mascara
Highlighter, put it in the inner corners because personally we all don't look our best in the morning-especially me
Blush, I am in LOVE with e.l.f's blush in Candid Coral-so pretty!
A light lip color, nothing to heavy but something to make your lips pop. Baby Lips, Revoln Just Bitten Lip Stains, many other products as well.
Hope this helps:) ans remember to keep it light but noticeable. Also you can wear light eyeliner but I personally don't wear it because the mascara is enough. But just have fun with it:)

What kind of a look are you going for? I think at your age staying away from heavy foundations helps minimize breakouts. I like mascara, benetint, and concealer. And naked palette for when you have extra time or need a confidence boost.

Eyeliner, lipgloss, you can probably get nude lipsticks but nothing crazy, and BBcream/tinted moisturizer.

I just got out of 8th and I ALWAYS did a pressed powder on my face and concealer under my eyes then a nude shimmery eyeshadow then sometimes a little bit of brown in the crease and don't forget primer. My all time fave eyeshadow has to be "in the buff" by ulta. Then a liquid eyeliner and some mascara. It's so simple and quick then top it off with some baby lips because you don't want something too dramatic
