Does anyone know where to get maxi skirts and dresses for short ppl? Lol I'm only 5'1!

Jacqlyn W posted about this a while ago and it got a lot of suggestions! It seems like cheap ones are always shorter! Look at targets and walmarts rather than stores at the mall. :)
