Ok, so I'm cleaning out all my old clothes, goodwill exc. what I need to do is buy more! Since I'm cleaning it my clothes and I don't have a lot of them, I need stuff that I can wear over and over again without anyone noticing! Haha how can I do this?

Unfortunately, if you wear the same things over and over again somebody is going to eventually see. I would buy hoodies because those are great to wear more than once in a row. Another thing you can try is wearing a plain top and spicing it up differently every time you wear it (: you should not throw away all your clothes until you can afford to buy more new ones

Wear different shirts with the same cardigan, dress up tang tops one day, other days dress it down, wear a blouse with jeans one day, another day with a skirt :)

You can sell some of them to platos closet! All you have to do Is clean then up fold then real nice and take then up there and they will love at them, the ones the want they will purchase!

Jeans you can wear more than once without people noticing as long as your wear a different shirt. You can also wear the same shirt twice but wear a cardigan with it. My mom used to make us wear our clothes more than once (as long as they weren't dirty obviously) and what I used to do was wear different clothes everyday for a week and the wear the same clothes the next week.
