I just ran out of eye primer but I have a few pore filler/primer type of products & I was wondering if I could use those as an eye makeup primer for a few days until I can go out & get more eyeshadow primer. I have the maybelline baby skin one & the benefit porefessional.

There would be no point tbh. they do not prolong the wear of any makeup, they're just pore fillers. Baby skin is way too greasy and it'll probably crease.

The porefessional is skin toned so it'll help cancel out any veins or redness on the eyelids, but I'm not sure if it'll act like an eyelid primer.
^Renay is correct about the baby skin primer

Well I use eyeshadow primer for the purpose of smoothing out my eyelids for the eyeshadows to look smooth on them. would it make a difference in that way? I don't really care about the lasting ness because I probably won't be out long anyways

And yes I know how greasy it is. I don't use it often but I thought I'd include it anyway.

Babyskin is effing terrible!
It's so greasy and just ew, I put it on my face, I felt and looked like a grease ball, to be honest, when I tried to apply my makeup, it wouldn't go on right, especially my foundation. I DO NOT recommend, I felt like I had to wash my face asap 😖😖😖

I'd say go for urban decay eye primer, those are pretty great at an affordable price!

I know that's what I normally use. But I don't have it right now. I'm looking for an answer to my question lol...

If you are to use a primer, go for the porefessional :)

You must have an awesome budget to think UD is affordable. lol Revlon is a splurge to me.

Well if you don't care about the length of wear, then yes you could use them.

Try using a concealer not a primer.

Concealer a always creases for me within like 30 minutes /:

Well then if the staying power doesn't concern you, it may work... :)

You can use concealer or use the benefit professionals. I've misplaced my eye primer several times and I use face primer/pore filler as a base just to help them stick to something and give a smooth base. You should be finr.

I think there's no point. a face primer and eye primer are two different things. its best if you just use a liquid concealer as an eye primer.
