I've always had pretty clear skin...but now that I'm going through fertility treatments the surge of hormones are wrecking my skin... I have pimples like I'm in my teens again
What's your favorite spot treatment or acne cream?
Preferably available from sephora...I have several unused gift cards I'm itching to spend

The benefit one! I actually haven't tried it but I heard its amazing. Granted I looked at the ingredients on it and it's salicylic acid, just like the Neutrogena one from CVS - which I can say firsthand works awesomely! You might be better off spending 9 bucks at CVS and splurging on something for yourself from sephora with your gc's :)

I've found clay masks to be awesome spot treatments. Or Mario bradescues (spelt wrong I know) drying cream.

Hormonal acne is typically your oil glands overproducing oil. Make sure that your skin care regimen includes an a good oil control cleanser that you can use morning and night. Also buy a toner or astringent, enzyme exfoliator not a scrub that could spread your acne, a salicylic acid spot treatment and a facial cream with salicylic in it.

I don't have any spot treatment or creams to recommend, but I really like Murad's Clarifying Cleanser. It has salicylic acid in it that continues to release after you rinse. My favorite mask that always helps with my hormonal acne is Aztec Secrets. It really draws the crap out of your face.
If you just want a spot treatment, Murad has one that a friend of my recently started using. She only got it about a week ago but she said so far it's helped with the redness and soreness of her acne. Since you said you're doing fertility treatments, maybe talk to your doctor about it? I get mild hormonal acne and my dermatologist told me that there's pretty much nothing you can do to completely get rid of it, you can just stick to a skin care routine and be as nice to your skin as possible. I'm not sure if that'd be the same situation with you since the hormones you're dealing with are much more intense. Best of luck with everything!!

Going along with murad - I absolutely LOVE the pomegranate exfoliating mask from their line. It really does wonders for your skin!

When my acne was bad I used Murad! They have a whole line for it... But it is pretty potent.. You might have to supplement it with something else as well.

Philosophy Clear Days Ahead spot treatment and treatment moisturizer are what work well for me. I use the cleanser too but it doesn't really wow me anymore and I think when I'm out I'll go back to Purity Made Simple. But the treatment moisturizer is what really started clearing my skin.
