Always depends on your eye and face make up. If your gonna have an eye color popping out then neutral. Otherwise if your going for a natural look a nice dark color would look cool like deep red. Or if you want to do a bright lipstick make sure its blue based. (Makes your teeth look whiter) :D other than that any pink/red/nude hur color lipsticks would look great!

Anything you are comfortable wearing. There's no rules with makeup. Pick up a few drug store lip sticks in shades of red, pink, and nude and just try them. Find what works for you. It's the only real way of knowing.
