I need help picking a hair color.

I'm contemplating dying my hair a lighter shade. I might to ombre first just to get a feel. My hair is currently a dark brown color. I've always loved red/brown hair, but I'm unsure on how light I should go...

I'd say my skin tone is tan/olive. My pictures on here make me look just slightly lighter/washed out. So how light do you think I can go?

Also one more question, my eyebrows are darker than my actual head hair. They are basically black, if I dye my hair lighter...would I have to dye them too? I'm unsure if it'll look weird...
Here is a picture of a hair color I like. Not really sure how to describe this color but it's the color I want to aim for(maybe a hint of more red). How do you think it will look? I'm mainly worried about it being to light and looking off. If you have any pics or suggestions please post :)

PS. Sorry for the long post. I have virgin hair so I have so many questions :)

Oh I remembered seeing it like a few hours ago hahah.. I think a caramel color would look though :)
