How can I make my short eyelashes look longer and fuller ?

I heard Baseline helps. Put it on your lashes before bed. (:

Curl your lashes at the base and again out to the ends. Then apply mascara, and let it dry a little and just run your fingers through using your fingers to push the base back up. Then once it's completely dry, recurl them and apply one more layer of mascara.

I have heard baby powder helps with lengthening and thickening. Apparently, you use a cotton swab to dab powder onto your lashes, then apply mascara. Hope it works!
