Pink hair like salmony? Or pink hair like bubblegum? The more yellowy pink can be canceled by ash, whereas the more blue toned pink would be canceled by golden.

If it happened by putting lightener on colored red hair, you usually have to lighten it again. However, if you had a picture I can accurately recommend.

Yeah someone really messed up. You will have to lighten it again but only if her hair can handle it. If not, I'd talk her into coloring over it with 10 volume. Depositing color is less damaging than lightener.

I just read on a hair forum that ash should eliminate the pink. the girl had dyed her hair purple then bleached over the top and it went a salmon pink colour she used a ash tone to restore her hair back to blonde
Hope that helps

I can't find the original post so I'm lacking some info and I'm assuming you're non professional just by the topic but I just wanted to chime in and proceed with caution when using ashes without actually knowing your base undertone as I've used many ashes that are actually violet in undertone, not green (for whatever reason)
