Foundation with no harsh products.

I need help finding a perfect foundation.
I have very bad acne and I use a prescription medicine. The doctor told me I have to be careful with it because it may react with other products.
Are there any foundations you guys know of that doesn't have any harsh chemicals/ products in them but will still do the job of foundation!

I believe that Tarte has several foundations. Tarte is a brand that usually has more natural products.
