I want to know a cheap way of whitening your teeth without damaging them!

I use "five minute whitening gel" and crest 3D white tooth paste. Sometimes I brush my teeth with peroxide which probably isn't that great for them but it definitely works. So does baking soda! These are all cheap, the gel is about $7 the toothpaste $3 and the rest $2-$5 things that are probably laying around the house :)

The last part is on teeth whitening. Use lemon +baking Soda
This is also the method that i'm using but note that only use maximum 2-3 times a week.
its a cheap and effective way !! =)
