So I have dark hair. Dyed dark brown and black with barely there medium blonde streaks on top. I want to go for a grungy look. So my thoughts are get all the color out and get it to blonde, then put dark back in the roots and streak it down. Thoughts, brands, suggestions? Anyone know where I can get color oops or something similar?
