Yesterday I saw a thread where this girl's hair was really damaged because of box dye and lightener. You're probably better off going to a professional but I seriously live your hair color now ;)

^that girl box dyed every weekend. :) I've been box dying since I was 13 I'm 18 now and my hair is healthy.

No I always use permanent dye just use a deep mask every week that helps protect color and you'll be fine!

I agree with Leona, get a good box dye like loreal and use the conditioner they supply and something like argan or coconut oil to keep it healthy! and always wait a few weeks between dying.
