Getting drivers liscence! PLEASE HELP!

Soon I'll be getting my drivers liscence and of course I need a photo for it. My last one turned out horrible, I was just a white face with small eyes!

Any makeup tips, or ways to make eyes and my face colour stand out so I don't look ghostly? Please help!

Highlight your inner corner and line your waterline with a nude or white eyeliner. You can use fake eyelashes for bigger eyes! And for your face I recommend revlon photoready foundation and/or smashbox silicone primer (I forgot what it was called)

Try and make your face quite matte any shine will just be enhanced. I also recommend a good concealer under the eyes to brighten you up a bit Bring your eyeshadow slightly over your brow bone to enhace the size of your eyes especially if you decide to wear falsies xxx
