I think this goes under skin care? But ya lately my lips have been the Sahara dessert, then I moisturized the heck out of them and now they're stuck in this limbo state where they're getting better then they turn raw again...HELP!!

Also make sure to use lip balm with SPF as sun exposure actually worsens the problem. if it's not getting better at all with what you've been doin for a while, you should prob go to a derm.

Exfoliating is step one. Use a wet micro fibre towel to rub your lips in small circular motions. This will remove the dead skin cells off.
Then, apply any lip moisturizer. My personal favourite is Vaseline because its very thick and very moisturizing. :)
