Well everyone is different, and what may be best for me may not be for you. for reference, I have oily skin, with some dry patches from time to time. These are the best from what I have tried (I haven't tried much, so)
Face primer : smashbox photo finish / Lorac Porefection Mattifying primer
Eye primer : UD primer potion (I suggest getting the sample size, cheaper and lasts a long time)
Foundation : UD naked skin / Loreal TruMatch
Concealer : Maybelline instant age rewind / Maybelline dream lumi pen (both for highlighting, haven't found a good blemish one yet)
Bronzers/highlight/blush : my Divergent face palette has my favorites of all mentioned.
Eyeshadow palettes : toofaced, divergent, and 26 neutral BHcosmetics palette
Lipstick : Milani, Rimmel Kate Moss Collection, and Maybelline ColorSensationals
Lip gloss : NYX BUTTERGLOSSES.
Setting spray : I love the NYX dewy one. Also, I dig the UD AllNighter spray.
Powder : MAC studio fix (pressed) / NYX HD powder (translucent; loose)

Well, I don't know if they're the best of the best, but these are the products I use & I love them!
Face Primer: Too Faced Primed & Poreless or the Hourglass Veil Mineral primer
Eye Primers: UD Primer Potion in Sin & Eden
Foundation: NARS Sheer Matte/Glow
Concealer: Tarte Maracuja Creaseless concealer, but I'll soon be trying out the NARS Radiant Creamy concealer
Setting Powder: NARS Light Reflecting setting powder
Contour: Tarte Sculptor jumbo pencil
Highlight: I use my concealer in 1 shade lighter than my skin tone
Eye Shadows: I use a lot of different brands, but right now I'm really liking my Lorac shadows.
Eye Liner: MUFE Aqua Eyes waterproof pencil
Mascara: I use a combo of MUFE Smokey Extravagant mascara & Benefit They're Real mascara
Illuminator: Benefit Watts Up
I don't really use lip products so I can't recommend any to you :c hope I could help a little tho! xx
