I have really bad dark circles under my eye ( but no bags ) concealer dosnt seem to work , any ideas?

Maybe the concealer you're using doesn't have good enough coverage.. How dark are they exactly? Do you have a picture.

1. Get some more sleep! 2. Go into a chemist/pharmacy/makeup shop and ask them to help you to find some concealer to perfectly match your skin tone. Also, a chemist or pharmacy could probably find you some treatment for the dark circles :)

Definitely get more sleep. I guarantee that sleep will reduce your dark circles by a LOT. Afterwards, if some darkness remains, you can switch to a salmony colored concealer.

Stick a spoon in the freezer for about 10 minutes and press it to you're dark circle for a short amount of time, it will help bring down the swelling of you're "black circles" I don't see any girl, lmao.

I agree with Diana and Ana, I don't see them! And the question we all want to know..what concealer are you using at the moment? it might not be suited for you :)
