I run everyday. that help with being fit and it helps relieve stress! So that way both your body and mind stay heathy. As for skin and face, try not to wear a lot of makeup in the days leading up to school. Make sure you wash your face and body after sweating, working out, swimming, ect. I like to use masks once a week and that makes me look and feel great!

Tips for face:
1. Exfoliate once to twice a week with an exfoliating scrub to get rid of dead skin. You can use Store bought, or there are some homemade scrub recipes I know that work wonders. If you would like to know any of those just ask :)
2. Make sure to cleanse your face every night before bed :)
3. A trick for acne that I learned recently is to take a banana peel and rub it in circular motions all around your face before you go to bed. The residue from the banana peel will dry and might not be the most comfortable, but it didn't bother me. When you get up in the morning, wash it off with lukewarm water. It works wonders for me! :)

Tips for body (Fitness):
1. Almost everyday, I like to start my morning off with a shake. I take strawberries, peaches, a banana, and sometimes pineapple and put it all into a blender. I then fill the blender up to around the.5 mark or under with milk. Blend it up and drink! These fruits give so many nutrients that work wonders for your body!
2.You should go for a run of walk once a day, to keep your blood moving and help you relax and forget about any stress that could be taking a toll on you.
3. Drinking two glasses of water before you eat can help bring up your metabolism! And if you'd rather not do that every meal, drink at least 4-8 glasses of water everyday. it'll help hydrate your body and get rid of toxins :)

And for Skin:
1. I personally use coconut water/milk body washes, it helps moisturize your skin. 2.To lock in that moisture, lotion your body everyday ( I personally use Olay lotion). But if you have acne prone skin, be very careful! Some body washes & lotions can make you break out worse!
There are several body washes available at your local drugstore or Wal-Mart that are made specifically for acne prone skin.
3. Don't tan excessively! Too much tanning can lead to premature aging. Wrinkles, sunspots (discoloration), and can cause forms of skin cancer and other conditions. You can tan of course, just be careful! :)
I hope these tips help you, and if you want anymore information I'll be glad to help! :)
