Is there any way to speed up hair growth?

No, a big part of hair growth is genetics. The most you can do is make it healthier by doing hair masks twice a week, conditioning it well and try not to wash you're hair more than 2-3 times a week, natural oils are what is best for the hair. Don't take any pills, if you decide to, before consuming, always consult a doctor. Some can be dangerous!

Have you heard of the inversion method? It works, but it should be like your last resort. Look it up! :)
