Can you buy pure aloe vera gel (like straight from the plant) in supermarkets? or do you have to buy the actual plant thing haha
I know this is a bit of a silly questions but I need to know :p
also, is the gel from the plant better than the gel from a jar? do the leaves have anything to do with healing/beauty? thank you haha

Jar form or bottle form can have alcohol in it and pure doesn't and it's pure so no benefit was lost a lot of whole foods stores sell the plant but I think health stores sell pure in a jar without alcohol. The only think you want to use is the gel inside which helps healing and soothing.

I have got a aloe vera plant at home but I prefer using the one from a jar because plant aloe is so sticky
