A primer is nice but if you haven't prepared your skin before hand it can be useless.
I always use my chemical exfoliant and the aveeno positively radiant lotion before hand. Definitely makes the biggest difference, the lotion creates a nice base.

Having clear skin helps a lot, or at least exfoliating before hand and applying a good moisturizer. It can make a WORLD of difference.

I have a Green tea exfoliator I've been using for blackheads and it's really softened my skin and I use a nuetrogena moistirizer @kitty so should that help before I use the primer??
